| FHV - Faceplate Optional Extras | |

Faceplate - The standard faceplate for the FHV tables is manufactured from solid stainless steel (316) and is fitted with 4 off equally spaced T-slots. Special faceplate designs with a different configuration can be discussed with Zeatz UK. |

Standard Chuck - Combined with a backplate a standard 3 Jaw / 4 Jaw chuck can be mounted to the front location spigot. For a range of high accuracy chucks please click here. |

Mandrels - Expanding mandrels, collets chucks and other work holding tools can be located to the FHV. The thru hole allows cylinders to be mounted to the rear of the table. |

Twin Spindle - The FHV rotary table is designed in a modular fashion allowing either 2 spindle or 3 spindle tables to be constructed. |

Rotary Tilt - The FHV table can be assembled in a way to construct a 5th axis rotary table. By using the FHV modular table cost can be kept to minimum while still maintaining the stainless steel design and the fully sealed bodies. |

Tailstock / Bearing Support - A bearing support is available for longer components. ABEC 7 bearings are again used to maintain a high level of accuracy. A 60° point or any Morse taper 3 support can be fitted directly into the tables centre. The location diameter and bolting arrangements are identical to the matching headstock unit. This unit can be mounted onto an automatic or manual linear base. |
